It is a new week which means another highlighted ingredient:
Gingko Powder
Have you ever found your legs, feet, hands, etc. falling asleep or getting numb/tingly, especially after a workout?? Well, look no further! This powder helps maintain blood circulation in the peripheral areas of the body such as legs, hands, and feet.
It also stimulates the metabolism of fats and acts as an anti-oxidant. (Take that, fats!!)
Gingko leaf tea was also used to enhance a clear mind and improve the power of concentration. (Where has this been during nursing school?!)

I will definitely share this with my blog. & what an awesome giveaway!! :) my favorite bedtime drink would have to be hot green tea with lemon & honey. Also when I'm sick. A snack I love at night is vanilla Greek yogurt, honey, fresh raspberries & vanilla granola. :)
